Who We Are

We refuse to be flattened into one color.

Iridescent Colors is a Black, queer, woman-led media house operating across Los Angeles and New York. We are agency, atelier, talent agency, production company, and conservatory — under one roof, in service of artists the industry has long overlooked.
Our Posture

We work where luxury meets indie authenticity — pairing editorial craft with the lived experience of the communities we represent. Every project we touch is also an investment back into them.

Our Standard

We do not pursue visibility for its own sake. We pursue careers, contracts, housing, training, healthcare, ownership — the infrastructure beneath the art. Awareness without redistribution is not enough.

02 — Vision

To uplift trans artists and build bridges for trans women of color in the entertainment space — through education, art, and community.

Bridges are infrastructure. We build them by training the next generation in our conservatory, by representing artists as their primary advocate, by financing the films our community has waited a generation to see, and by funding housing and artist sustainability through the Iridescent Futures Foundation.
