The Iridescent Futures Foundation

Awareness without redistribution is not enough.

The Foundation is the redistributive engine of Iridescent Colors — directing profit, pro-bono labor, and partnership capital toward trans and queer artists, housing stability for trans women of color, and a sustainable creative economy.

01 — Pillars

Three pillars. One commitment: a future trans artists can live inside.

i
Artist Sustenance Grants
Direct cash grants and project funding for trans and queer artists of color — emergency assistance, rent relief, gender-affirming care stipends, and creative-development awards distributed quarterly.
ii
Housing Stability
Partnerships with trans-led housing organizations to subsidize transitional and long-term housing for trans women of color in our home cities, with a five-year goal of underwriting 50 housing placements.
iii
Sustainable Production
Funding the cost difference for low-emission, zero-waste production practices on Iridescent Studios projects — and publishing the playbook so other independent studios can adopt the same standards.
02 — Funding Model

The funding flywheel.

Year One operates as a fiscally-sponsored project under an established 501(c)(3) (NYFA or Fractured Atlas) so that donations are immediately tax-deductible. By Year Three, the Foundation files for independent 501(c)(3) status with its own board of trans and queer leaders.

5–10%
of annual net profit from Iridescent Colors, LLC pledged to the Foundation
Pro-bono
PR, talent and consulting hours from each division reserved for community partners
Partner Grants
Astraea Lesbian Foundation for Justice, Trans Justice Funding Project, NEA, Gill Foundation
Donor Circle
A founding circle of brands and individuals contributing $5K–$50K annually
03 — Get Involved

Build the future with us.

We are inviting founding donors, brand partners, and program collaborators to shape the Foundation's first full year. Every contribution funds direct artist support and community infrastructure.
